About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Campaign Manager to join our Communications team at Severn Trent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business priorities and challenges.
  • Design and implement effective marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and behaviour change.
  • Manage and monitor campaign performance, making adjustments as needed to meet business objectives.
  • Work closely with internal and external agencies to deliver high-quality marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Lead and manage a Marketing Executive and contribute to wider team management.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven marketing experience at a senior level, with a track record of driving business results through marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and insight to inform marketing strategies.
  • Strategic thinking and customer-centric approach, with a deep understanding of consumer and commercial markets.
  • Management experience, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
