Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Melbreck Technical Recruitment. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative online campaigns, executing promotional plans, and creating project plans to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute online marketing campaigns to reach target audiences and drive business results.
  • Work closely with the digital experience team and external agencies to execute plans and ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Define and manage project plan execution involving multiple stakeholders and teams to ensure deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
  • Monitor performance and track results on an ongoing basis, adjusting tactics as needed to optimize campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Passionate about digital marketing, technology, and innovation.
  • Excellent project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work with numerous stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret results and make recommendations.
  • Knowledge of digital media platforms and KPIs is a plus.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English.

Benefits:

  • 37.5 hours per week with flexibility on location and start/finish times.
  • Up to 15% pension.
