Our Smart Metering project forms part of the Green Recovery programme and is focused on rolling out meters across the region so that customers can be in control of their water. Our smart meters really are what they say they are “smart” - they don’t just show household water consumption, but they can also help us identify leaks and understand patterns of behaviour.

Well, you’ll be pleased to hear that within our innovative and highly engaged Marketing team, we have an opportunity for you to join us as a **Marketing and Campaign Executive**, on an initial 18-month contract, to help us communicate all the great benefits around smart metering and the Green Recovery Programme.

As our new Marketing and Campaign Executive you’ll be supporting on delivering creative campaigns, customer journey communication and insight, and brand-new behavioural change marketing initiatives. Working with the Marketing and Campaigns Manager, you’ll be helping to drive customer response, positive brand engagement, educate our customers, inspire behaviour change, and create a sense of pride for our water - it’s all our water after all, so let’s do right by it

Some of your other key accountabilities will include:

- Implement and deliver campaigns across a range of online and offline channels ensuring that robust measuring and reporting is in place.
- Work with project teams to understand the customer journey, analyse data trends, deliver insight and ensure continuous improvement in campaigns
- Work with colleagues across the broader communications team to make sure that campaigns are integrated across all our core channels including internal, PR, community comms, and social media.
- Liaise with delivery teams and agencies including digital, creative, and print to ensure that campaigns are on-brief, deliver against our core objectives, are on time and on budget.
- Provide regular updates to key stakeholders across the business about the success of our marketing campaigns, key insight and recommendations for future campaigns
- Ensure that we are managing and monitoring campaign KPIs, metrics and measures.
- Make sure all campaigns are on brand and reinforce our brand strategy
- Produce high quality marketing content including copywriting for collateral and materials to support campaigns for a range of online and offline channels
