HR Officer - Brent - Secondary School - ASAP Start
A successful Brent School is seeking a HR Officer to join their HR team on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 36 hours week. The salary for this role is £38,000 - £43,000 per annum.

About the role:
The successful HR Officer will provide a smooth HR and reception service for the schools busy professional staff, meeting the legal requirements of the school and supporting profit-makers and fundraising to maximise income.
The HR Officer will support Head of HR in the following areas:
- Recruitment and selection
- Retention
- Performance management
- Absence and cover
- Temporary staffing
- Payroll and pensions
- Retirement
- Redundancy
- Dismissal
- GDPR admin
- HR related legal issues
The successful applicant will ideally hold their CIPD qualification
