Job Description:
As a key member of the Morgan Law team, you will provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters, working closely with HR Business Partners and line managers to drive business growth and success.

Your primary responsibilities will include providing support for HR Operations activities, analysing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and ensuring that HR policies and guidance are up-to-date.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have CIPD level 3 qualifications or relevant experience in a HR team, as well as experience of updating HR policies and using HR systems and reporting tools.

You will also be required to work collaboratively as part of the wider HR team, using your own initiative to prioritise your workload and meet deadlines.

A competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum is available, along with a generous pension scheme and flexible working arrangements.

Please note that regular travel to the West London offices is required for at least 60% of your work time.
