Location: Wigston, LE18

**Salary**: £20,250 per annum
Hours: Full time, 35 hours a week, 9-5pm
Monday to Friday with some hybrid working

Flowers Associates are currently seeking two Customer Service Centre Advisors to join a well-established company based in Wigston, LE18, on a fixed term contract basis until September 2023. This would be a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking towiden their skillset within a reputable company.
The Role
The successful Customer Service Centre Advisor will be responsible for the following duties:

- Being the first line telephone contact for incoming membership, training and booking enquiries
- Understand membership and training products to be able to talk to potential and existing customers about them, upselling as part of this process when necessary
- Process subscription payments and resolve queries/objections where necessary by contacting members using the appropriate media to ensure payments and/or funds are properly processed.
- Processing event bookings, creating accurate records on the CRM system, collecting resources in a timely manner prior to the event and dealing with any associated queries regarding these
- Raise invoices, process payments and credit notes as required, dealing with queries as they arise
- Provide first line technical support to customers who are experiencing issues with systems such as the website
