**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are on the lookout for a Convenience Account Executive. You will join our winning convenience channel team as part of our retail sales function.

Do you have a curious personality with a strong selling approach? As the convenience account executive, you will work collaboratively with our cross functional partners and be the power behind our sustainable growth plan helping deliver our well trusted products to the nation that loves them.

You’ll already have experience in the FMCG environment and have a flair for sales but to sum it up you will also
- Support the Customer engagement strategy with the planning and execution of store visits
- Collaborate and communicate with your talented colleagues across several different functions, ensuring our products exceed customer expectations
- Be confident working with P&L
- Drive value and support financial delivery through analysis of trends and results
- Lead and implement business plans to optimise performance in line with the strategy and objectives of the McCain corporate plan
- Conduct a forecasting process through data analytics utilizing various data sources available
- Execute, evaluate, and review store visits and analyse sales performance
- Liaise with key functions within the business to ensure delivery of budget KPI metrics
- Contribute to an ongoing new business mapping and growth plan within the channel
- Build awareness of current market dynamics and provide the team with field intelligence & recommendations

We are looking to engage with customer-centric, commercial sales executives to work within our convenience channel team. You’ll drive solutions that ensure progress for our key customers and ourselves. Your long-term aim is always to provide exceptional customer service as a skilled partner that will, in turn, build sales. But here are some of your main responsibilities:

- Your biggest asset is your sales and account management skills
- Confident in PC skills and the utilisations of Microsoft programs
- You have a strong commercial background and understanding of the FMCG environment
- You have a solid selling instinct and the ability to influence and negotiate
- Your effective communication and interpersonal skills aid you to build strong

relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders
- You love to build partnerships and work in a collaborative environment
- People around you are motivated to do their best and help the business achieves its objectives
- You are not afraid of saying what needs to be said addressing those difficult issues
- You work well as a team thriving from collaborating with your peers
- You have a knack for numbers and a good eye for detail for those days you need to analyse data and understand your figures
- You’re versatile and can adapt to a busy environment with a positive attitude even on those days that set you back with difficult situations
