Concession Merchandiser

As a Concession Merchandiser at Claire's, you will play a crucial part in driving sales and enhancing the customer experience in our concession shops across Malton and Scarborough. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your merchandising skills and passion for visual retail.
Responsibilities- Recover, replenish, and merchandise the concession shop during frequent visits, ensuring a well-stocked and visually appealing store environment.
- Validate all carton deliveries from the Distribution Centre, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing errors.
- Implement and execute the Planogram in-line with In-Store Presentation guidelines, maintaining consistency across all locations.
- Replenish stock from fixture storage and stockroom, guaranteeing that products are readily available for customers to purchase.
- Evaluate and ensure promotions and 'sale' items align with operational requirements, maximizing sales opportunities.
- Verify 'Markdowns' comply with operational standards, optimizing inventory turnover and profit margins.
- Organize excess stock in designated areas (inside tower storage and stockroom), maintaining a clutter-free and efficient workspace.
- Process empty cards, transfers, and damages as required, adhering to company protocols.
- Monitor style numbers in the concession system, ensuring accurate scanning and data entry.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and suggest strategies to enhance sales performance, contributing to the team's success.
- Maintain the Concession area in a clean and tidy state, adhering to health and safety standards and preventing product damage.
- Lead and train partner teams by example, demonstrating excellent product knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Provide regular updates to the Concessions District Sales Manager on performance, offering constructive feedback and recommendations for growth.
