You will be able to demonstrate previous experience of working within an accounts department and provide the highest level of accuracy, all whilst contributing towards making Stoneacre theNumber OneMotor Group.

An average day as an Accounts Assistant
Reconciling daily banking and bank statements.
Purchase Ledger maintenance - processing invoices to correct nominal codes, reconciling supplier statements and setting up monthly BACS payment runs.
Creating and processing a variety of payments using online banking system.
Processing customer refunds through the PDQ machine.
Credit control - sending statements, chasing debtors including vehicle debt. Processing Warranty Self Billing Invoices.
Processing Finance Commission statements.
Petty cash control and monthly reconciliation.
Processing manufacturer bonus Self Billing Invoices and credit notes.
The ideal candidate will be reliable and conscientious with Accounts experience.
Keen to learn, there will be opportunities for the right candidate to progress into more in depth balance sheet reconciliations.
However full training will be provided.
Good IT Skills, particularly MS Office including Excel.
