Role Overview:
As an Administrative Assistant with invoicing experience, you will play a vital role in supporting daily operations by efficiently managing invoicing tasks. You will be responsible for accessing their internal systems, retrieving invoices, organising, and saving them, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery to clients. Your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a well-organised invoicing system will be crucial to our success.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative role, particularly in invoicing or finance-related tasks.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and management.
- Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with invoice formats, terms, and billing procedures.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to resolve invoicing discrepancies.
