**THE ROLE**

This role sits within our Purchasing & Merchandising function, working between the Accounts department, PDS and the P&M team to review, match and authorise purchase orders against invoices, prior to payment.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Working as a key administrational part of the P&M Team in a high volume/ fast paced environment to ensure that the procurement process and all discrepancies are solved and completed on time.
- Approving all Ted Baker stock invoices on the ERP system (EVA from Jan'24)
- Prioritising and managing workload to ensure all supplier and partner invoices are approved on time, to be paid by the Finance Department.
- Liaise with internal and external team members, investigating and resolving PO and invoice discrepancies.
- Dealing with general internal and external queries, and reaching out personally, if necessary, to ensure timely resolution.
- A constant review of the PO and invoicing approval processes and suggest new ways of working to improve efficiencies.
- General ad-hoc administrative support to the team, prioritised by the Head of Merchandising

**TOOLS OF THE TRADE**
- Microsoft Excel - intermediate level.
- Previous experience working with invoices and with a stock control system - full training will be given on Ted specifics.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proactive and flexible, with the ability to prioritise work effectively.
- Logical thinker and capable problem solver.
