Hyde is looking to recruit an Invoice and Payments Administrator.

As an Invoice and Payments Administrator at Hyde you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and financial transactions at the organisation, ensuring that all processes relating to payments are followed and key performance metrics achieved.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensuring all invoice and automated system payments are correctly coded, allocated, accrued and paid within agreed legislative terms, liaising with suppliers and contractors to resolve payment queries.
- Cross checking and monitoring invoices.
- Raising purchase orders and inputting invoices directly onto the purchasing system where no purchase order exists.
- Conducting monthly reconciliations of supplier statements, liaising with the relevant Stakeholders to
- mitigate the risk of late payment.
- Liaising with the Accounts Payable Team to add new suppliers and update existing supplier information.
- Working in conjunction with Hyde Finance teams to ensure all invoice payments are correctly allocated, coded and paid within agreed legislative timescales.

**Experience required**
- Previous administration experience.
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with different stakeholders.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
