**Patient Invoicing and Billing**
GP surgery is looking for an experienced Billing Administrator to join a busy admin team.
**Requirements**:
You will have Billing and Patient Admin experience.
You must be efficient, organised and polite, and able to work well in a team.
Excellent customer service skills are essential for this role, as well as ability to multi-task and follow instructions.
Previous experience in private healthcare is a definite advantage.
**Main duties**
To ensure the smooth running of Reception.
- Collect payments and reconcile patient accounts
- Monitor outstanding invoices and chase payments
- Deal with patient billing queries
- Escalate unresolved issues to the Manager
- Provide admin support to the practice team as required
This is a permanent, full-time position. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm, office-based.
