Job Title: Financial Representative

At Patient Billing Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Representative to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our billing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage billing correspondence from patients and resolve queries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service via phone and email.
  • Process payments and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and errors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
Requirements:
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Desirable:
  • Experience in accounts receivable, credit control, or financial transactions.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or other CRM systems.
