**Your tasks**:
Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Have responsibility for the regular review and update of policies in HR London, ensuring all policies are in line with UK employment law and market practice. Make sure where changes are made all supporting documentation is updated and that the changes are clearly communicated within HR and the business as appropriate.
- Help in driving forward Commerzbank’s Diversity & Inclusion and Health & Wellbeing agendas. Support the London Regional Diversity Council with attendance and Health and Wellbeing agenda with advice to committees on HR policies/resources available.
- Support with the coordination of the Early Talent Network as required.
- Coordination of all necessary monitoring topics (e.g. audit management and process management) in close cooperation with the specialist units in Frankfurt and the local HR teams.
- Comply with all internal control requirements such as; Compliance training, code of conduct, data security and confidentiality etc.
- Proactively look at trends both internally within Commerzbank and externally within the market, in terms of HR projects, policies and initiatives.
- Be responsible for HR Comnet site.
- Business Continuity coordinator for HR.
- Supporting the Head of London HR in managing the delivery of an effective, expert, customer-focused HR service and the delivery of global HR products and processes in keeping with HR strategy.
- Develop concepts and presentations on overarching topics for the Head of London HR, including data analysis and evaluation if necessary.
- Ad hoc Human Resources related tasks.

**Your profile**:

- Excellent communication skills - able to deal effectively and appropriately with staff at all levels of seniority on a wide range of topics and with the Global Functional Lead and other international HR colleagues.
- Strong organisational skills - must be able to manage a varied and fluid workload in a timely and conscientious manner.Attention to detail and ability to complete tasks under great time pressure.Excellent analytical skills both numeric and conceptual.
- A pro-active approach always striving to generate new ideas, look for efficiencies and add value.
- Ability to act in confidential and sensitive manner.
- University degree or equivalent
