At Emtec Facility Services our clients have the comfort of knowing that once we complete an installation, the Facility Services division will provide their installation with a long-term, effective, planned preventative and 24-hour reactive maintenance service Nationally. Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a
**Client System Updater** to join us at our
**HQ in Uddingston**.
**The Role**
- Keeping client systems updated at all times
- Ensuring all aspects of various client portal KPI’s are met
- Managing all aspects of our hard and soft copy operational compliance logbooks.
- Reading all engineers and sub-contractors report sheets and highlight any issues to contract manager.
- Managing the engineers reports and sub-contractors reports (scanning hard copies of both when required).
- Uploading invoices onto client portals.
- Extracting reports from sub-contractor portals.
- Uploading and attaching sub-contractors reports to CAFM system tasks.
- Uploading engineers and sub-contractors reports to G-Drives.
- Any other related task requested by your line manager.
**What we are looking for**
We are looking for someone who has great organisation and communication skills who can manage their time and priorities with ease. Computer skills are key and you should be comfortable using the Microsoft Office package, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel. Our clients are really important to us, so you need to be able to establish and nurture effective working relationships. Good problem solving skills and being able to work well as part of a team as well as on your own are important too.
Not a requirement however if you have experience using Microsoft Dynamics that's even better.
