Resource Coordinator

At Emtec Facility Services our clients have the comfort of knowing that once we complete an installation, the Facility Services division will provide their installation with a long-term, effective, planned preventative and 24-hour reactive maintenance service Nationally.

Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a
**Resource Coordinator** to join our Team working on a prestigious contract based at our
**HQ in Uddingston**. In this role you would be supporting the Senior Resource Coordinator, working on the helpdesk for a prestigious contract.

**This is a fully Office based role.**

**The Role**
- Supporting the Senior resource Coordinator, working on the Helpdesk
- Answering calls and providing updates to clients
- Issuing PO’s to the engineers and subcontractors
- Raising jobs as they come into the mailbox ensuring all SLA’s are met
- Updating planners for site visits and keep clients updates
- Updating and Uploading reports
