We are recruiting for a Contracts Administrator for our Ely-based client.
Our client is a family run contractor and development specialist who have been established for over 50 years
**Role Requirements**
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and architects
- Raising interims/certificates ready for invoicing
- Booking in subcontractors work
- Purchasing materials
- Sourcing quotations for works
- General typing
- Sage accounts knowledge preferable but not essential
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 26 per week
Pay: From £22,000.00 per year
