This is an important role in a small, committed, high calibre team of around 5 office staff with 20 full-time construction staff plus a vast subcontract team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and clerical support to different departments.
- Working closely with the estimating department you will be required to assist with their daily admin.
- Front desk, taking deliveries, answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls and taking messages.
- Ordering office and site stationery and consumables.
- Dealing with queries from the public and customers.
- Keeping the office (Inc. kitchen) area neat and tidy.
- Making Tea & Coffee for other team members & Visitors.
