An opportunity has arisen for an office administrator to work at Andy Knott Construction Ltd. As Office Administrator, you will work in an office environment, alongside different departments within the company.


This is an important role in a small, committed, high calibre team of around 5 office staff with 20 full-time construction staff plus a vast subcontract team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to different departments.
  • Working closely with the estimating department you will be required to assist with their daily admin.
  • Front desk, taking deliveries, answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls and taking messages.
  • Ordering office and site stationery and consumables.
  • Dealing with queries from the public and customers.
  • Keeping the office (Inc. kitchen) area neat and tidy.
  • Making Tea & Coffee for other team members & Visitors.
