**Temporary Reception & Office Administrator**

**Monday to Friday - Full Time or Part Time Hours options considered**

**Approx. 3 months length of assignment**

This role is a temporary role for approximately 3 months but may be extended or could lead to a permanent position

**Duties will include**:

- Greeting customers in a warm and friendly manner
- Processing payments
- Updating customer data
- Processing invoices
- Booking appointments
- General office administration

**Essential Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Previous administration/reception experience
- IT proficiency
- Customer service
- Organised
- Ability to multi task
- Willing and enthusiastic

Xpert Resourcing acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
