Greens of Soham is part of Top Farms International which farms over 75,000 Ha across the UK and Central and Eastern Europe with a well-established track record of delivering solid business and revenue growth. In the UK we farm in excess of 2,000 Ha, primarily in East Anglia but with operations also in Northumberland and the Scottish borders. Our primary focus is potatoes and beetroot and we are the largest grower of these crops in the UK.

**The Role**

This role is to support a busy site with various areas of administration - including facilities and reception tasks.

This will be a front of house role, greeting guests and employees as they come onto site as well as answering calls and dealing with queries as they come in.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Daily office tasks such as checking post and deliveries
- Dealing with messages or queries into the business and signposting as needed
- Support the raising of purchase orders and receipting goods
- Ensure office is safe, tidy and presentable
- Order supplies for stationery, cleaning and facilities areas
- Liaise with third party service providers and cleaners
- Support Managers/Directors with travel and event bookings and company meetings
- Assist with any other administrative tasks as they are required

**Profile characteristics**

This is an exciting role for someone who enjoys variety with the ability to be a part of multiple projects. The need to self manage time and workload is essential.

Applicants should also have:

- Good IT skills in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Some administrative experience
- Ability to use own initiative and prioritise as well as multitask
- Able to problem solve
- Discretion and able to deal with confidential and sensitive information

This is a part time role; we will consider between 6 and 10 hours per week worked any days but a minimum of 3 days. Office based (CB7 5UN).

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 10 per week
