Complaint and Patient Experience Manager

HUC is an integral part of the greatest health service in the world. We take pride in what we achieve on a daily basis and are looking for two Patient Feedback and Improvement Managers to ensure our patient voices are heard.
As Patient Feedback and Improvement Manager you will use your previous experience of dealing with complaints in the NHS to act as the single point of contact for our patients and their friends, families or advocates wishing to raise concerns. By reviewingall received concerns and complaints you will identify and organise the investigation requirements using system-based analysis and other appropriate methodologies, whilst ensuring that the principles of being open and duty of candour are applied.
As someone who thrives in a role which is busy and varied, your experience of managing multiple tasks with competing priorities will be crucial. Using your experience of conducting investigations you’ll be used to demonstrating a methodical approach, withattention to detail.
