**Primary Purpose**: The Content Coordinator is responsible for the collation, maintenance and upload of all product data and media, ensuring on time product launches, enriched product data accuracy and best in class on site publication execution. They will take full accountability for the collating and publishing of product data.

**The role will have the following main areas of focus/responsibility**:

- Own and manage the product data and product content process, ensuring all products & new season launches, go live on time
- Collate all product data required for Marketplace product launches, including but not limited to; SKU codes, compositions, dimensions, care instructions etc.
- Utilise multiple systems to source required product data and ensure accuracy across all data fields with an organised approach and close attention to detail.
- Strong excel expertise to support the data collation, checks and uploads across multiple systems & platforms, with strong ability in vlookups, pivot tables, sum ifs etc.
- Work with our translation agency to ensure the MKP multilingual sites are fully translated and maintained to a high standard.
- Download and maintain all media and imagery URL’s in excel in order to support accurate upload to partner portals.
- Partner with the Marketplace Team to continually optimise traffic, conversion, product findability, navigation and product pages through diligent ownership of all Marketplace product content
- Regular site canvassing to ensure product content, media & pricing consistency
- Build and leverage key relationships with local Coach Europe Ecommerce team as well as relevant global teams in NY across data, media, copy, Microstrategy, and IT
- Ensure current and future data and content requirements are met: Integrator tools/portals, Partner data requirements, Microstrategy etc.

- Expert knowledge of Excel
- 2+ years of data collation / entry
- Ability to multi-task under tight deadlines and have a strong sense of urgency
- Experience of working in a global company / organization
- Excellent problem solving skills; proactive & take initiative
- Able to work autonomously
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment

**An outstanding professional will have...**
- BA/BS Degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2+ years’ experience of Digital, EDI &/or Marketplace business models
- Experience in working with Integrator platforms - Commerce Hub / Neteven / Channel Advisor a plus
- Self-motivated, flexible and performance-oriented; able to work independently under time pressure in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Ability and willingness to see beyond the immediate remit of the role to drive team success
- Tenacity and stamina to consistently drive process improvements
