This fast paced fashion brand looking is for a proactive Marketplaces Coordinator to join the team on a short-term contract. This role is perfect for someone with an eye for detail, exceptional Excel skills, and a passion for e-commerce.


The Role

  • Support seasonal product onboarding, ensuring data accuracy (naming, pricing, categorisation).
  • QA product data weekly to guarantee a smooth shopping experience.
  • Assist in trade reporting, analysing KPIs like sales, conversion, and product trends.
  • Monitor market activity and competitor insights.
  • Set up campaigns and update content using CMS tools.
  • Provide ad hoc reports and support other business-as-usual tasks.


You

  • Experience in e-commerce, merchandising, or digital marketplaces.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and analytical abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • A team player with great communication skills.
