Key Responsibilities include:

  • Create and maintain accurate product listings on marketplace platforms, guaranteeing timely launches with correct pricing, images, copy, navigation, and stock feed.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of marketplace features and tools to enhance product visibility.
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Collaborate with the studio team to ensure necessary images and copy are available for item launches.
  • Ensure efficient upload of items to relevant platforms at planned launch timings.
  • Support the Merchandiser in managing sales orders throughout the season.
  • Coordinate with logistics teams for timely order processing and fulfillment.
  • Critical path management - monitor stock deliveries, highlighting any delays to the team.
  • Support the team in running weekly sales reports to provide insights and drive business growth.

Estimated Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum.
