**The Role
- What you will be doing?**
- Be the first point of contact for the HR team
- Manage new starter process and recruitment administration
- **HR** queries such as holidays, overtime, unpaid leave, and sickness
- Update employee files and ensure all records are up to date
- Assist with employee relation meetings
- Support with exit interviews
- Update company intranet pages
- Support the wider HR department with ad hoc duties

**HR Administrator - About you?**
- Experience in a previous **HR** Administration role
- Strong excel knowledge
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- CIPD Level 3 qualified
- Knowledge of employment legislation and employee benefits scheme
- A desire to work in **HR**:

- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident and able to build strong working relationships

**What’s on offer?**

Working hours : Monday to Friday 08.30am-17:00pm

**Salary**: £25,000 to £28,000 Depending on experience
