Job Description
The Pluxee HR Administrator will support Level 1 HR Activity by providing high-quality administrative services to our people, including Line Managers and the wider People Team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and administrating the HR Inbox/HR tickets, working with CHRIS (Workday) to maintain employee records, and maintaining HR trackers in partnership with HR Practitioners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to HR queries and close tickets within agreed SLAs
- Administrate employee records using CHRIS (Workday)
- Maintain up-to-date record keeping and reporting for HR trackers
Requirements:
- Working experience of HR practices, specifically Level 1 activity
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- CIPD qualified or working towards would be advantageous
- Availability to work 3 times per week from 9 am to 5:30 pm
Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid)
Contract Type: Fixed-term contract (18 months)
Estimated Salary Range: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum
