Your Role
As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the recruitment process, including advertising and candidate appointments.
- Developing and updating job descriptions and person specifications.
- Setting up and maintaining Personnel/HR records.
- Supporting the HR Manager with the induction of new staff.
- Handling terminations, promotions, and transfers.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in HR administration or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and databases (e.g., SIMS).
- Knowledge of current HR legislation and best practices.
- High-level confidentiality and professionalism.
Salary
The estimated salary for this position is around £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
