Your Role

As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the recruitment process, including advertising and candidate appointments.
  • Developing and updating job descriptions and person specifications.
  • Setting up and maintaining Personnel/HR records.
  • Supporting the HR Manager with the induction of new staff.
  • Handling terminations, promotions, and transfers.
