3-month contract with a view to a permanent

This role will be office-based, Monday-Friday, working closely with the Finance Controller and the Office Manager. The role will be 80% finance based, with the other 20% having some admin and reception duties to handle.

**Responsibilities**:
Handle all aspects of the purchase ledger for the business from raising invoices to general administration

Keep a watchful eye over the purchase order system

Take on some aspects of the sales ledger accounts

There will be opportunities to assist with other areas of the accounting function once you are comfortable in the role

**Skills/ Experience**:
General administration and filing within the Accounts department

Competent in using Excel.

Be able to confidently communicate via Telephone with customers

Knowledge of Xero would be beneficial but not a must
