We are very happy to be once again working with our client based in Gloucester who has a great opportunity for a confident Finance Administrator to join their welcoming and dynamic team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Raising of all invoices to customers
- Posting debit notes and credit notes onto customer accounts according to company policy and procedures
- Resolving customer invoice, credit, and deduction queries by liaising with customer, sales, order management, and warehouse
- Regular reconciliation of sales ledger accounts
- There will be opportunities to assist with some credit control duties including but not limited to posting and reconciling cash as needed

**Skills/ Experience**:

- General administration and filing within the Accounts department
- Competent in using Excel
- Be able to confidently communicate via telephone with customers
