**Accounts Administrator**

**£24,000**

**Gloucester**

**3-month contract with a view to a permanent**

This role will be office-based, Monday-Friday, working closely with the Finance Controller and the Office Manager. The role will be 80% finance based, with the other 20% having some admin and reception duties to handle.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle all aspects of the purchase ledger for the business from raising invoices to general administration
- Keep a watchful eye over the purchase order system
- Take on some aspects of the sales ledger accounts
- There will be opportunities to assist with other areas of the accounting function once you are comfortable in the role

**Skills/ Experience**:

- General administration and filing within the Accounts department
- Competent in using Excel.
- Be able to confidently communicate via Telephone with customers
- Knowledge of Xero would be beneficial but not a must
