**Accounts Administrator**

**Start**: ASAP.

**Pay**: £22-£24,000 depending on experience.

**Hours**: Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00.

**Location**: Gloucester.

Our client in Gloucester is in-need of an Accounts Administrator to join their vibrant team

If you have previous experience working with invoices and purchase orders, please apply

**Main duties**:

- Purchase ledger tasks.
- Review, complete and process invoices.
- Produce and allocate PO numbers.
- Order processing.
- Payment taking/chasing payments.
- General administrative duties.
- Completion of correspondences.
- In/outbound calls.
- Use of Xero and Zahara.
- General Reception/ Administration duties.
- Previous Purchase Ledger task experience.
- Previous invoicing experience.
- Must be comfortable with Microsoft packages such as Excel.
- Previous experience using finance systems desirable.
- Must be able to work well under pressure and manage your own workload.
- Good verbal and written skills.
- Attention to detail is essential.
