**Tasks and Responsibilities**:
**Enquiry Handling**
- Handle all incoming enquiries in a professional and timely manner and to company brand

standards.
- Deliver an excellent booking experience for all enquiries, handing new bookings within 2

hours, and with a call in the first instance
- Understand and adhere to company booking policies, terms and conditions, invoicing and

contract policies and booking processes.

and taking payments.
- Be meticulous with data ensuring accurate and thorough data is taken at the point of

booking and that GDPR and data protection guidance is respected at all times.
- Ensure all cancelled events or DMN bookings are cancelled on both booking plaforms.
- Handle incoming enquiries from all restaurants in off peak call times.
- Manage the central events inbox ensuring all guests are responded to within 4 hours and all

events added to the booking system.
**Referrals**
- Actively work to ensure the guest and booking is placed in the best possible Gaucho or M

restaurant to suit their needs.
- When a restaurant is full, proactively refer guests into other Gaucho and M restaurants

ensuring smooth process and guest booking journey at all times.

**Event Communications**:

- Take over event planning for bookings secured by the Senior BDM you work with to ensure

smooth booking process and guest satisfaction every time.
- Organisation - provide the ops team with complete and detailed function sheets
- Work in collaboration with the reception team to ensure all event details are communicated

to the ops team, all notes are updated on Open table and that every single guest has an
incredible welcome to the restaurant.
- Collaborate with ops management to ensure ensure smooth running of all events
- Follow up with every event booking to acquire guest feedback and continue the relationship.

**Administration**:

- Support the growth of the PA club by calculating PA points and communicating these with

the relevant BDM’s and P ’s.
- Manage event admin for your cluster of restaurants, such as collecting guest pre orders,

taking final balance payments, creating function sheets.
- Manage the Local Neighbourhood discount spreadsheet and ensure all local partners are

added and communicated.
- Support the BDM with booking or client adhoc administration.

**Social Media - Community Management**:

- Support with community management and guest enquiries on our social media platforms at

off peak times - such as evenings and weekends, when working.
