Trust us, time flies at Shurgard A typical day at the office? Helping, advising and persuading your clients over the telephone. And of course, working closely with the store teams, your colleagues and manager.

You’ll need to be thorough, think commercially and take initiative in order to meet our quality standards and procedures, and to reach your monthly objectives. Or even better: to exceed them

- You be an experienced manager with proven skills in coaching and mentoring a team enabling them to meet and exceed targets whilst delivering exceptional customer service.
- You have retail / commercial management experience in a telesales environment.
- You enjoy advising and convincing customers.
- You can work in a team and fully contribute to it's success.
- You are reliable, honest, and committed.
- You have a strong organisational aptitude and proven time management skills
- You are able to commit to a fully flexible shift pattern within the centre's opening hours.
- You are a natural communicator over the telephone.
- You have a good understanding of Microsoft Office: Outlook and Word.
