Previsico Limited is a spin-out company from Loughborough University specialising in modelling flooding in real-time, using the latest weather predictions to make street-level flood nowcasts and forecasts. Our mission is to be the leading global provider of cutting-edge flood prediction that saves lives and livelihoods whilst significantly reducing the cost of flooding for commercial, government and humanitarian organisations globally. This requires continuous innovation through harnessing information sources and new techniques to maximise the prediction’s quality and its impact on those affected by flooding.

Having launched in January 2019, we have offices in Loughborough and London.

**Job Role**

The Project Coordinator will work closely with the Lead Project Manager to support the planning and execution of both product development and client projects. They will be responsible for managing other activity that supports our clients and improves our products and services.

The Project Coordinator will manage internal and external stakeholders, so excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be required. They will also take ownership of ensuring a new client’s experience of being onboarded to Previsico’s products and services is professional and frictionless.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities of a Project Coordinator to include, but not limited to**:

- Manage the onboarding of new clients, ensuring they understand our products and services, and that they have a smooth onboarding experience.
- Work closely with the Lead Project Manager to support the planning and execution of product development projects.
- Create project documentation; coordinate and provide input to project plans.
- Create and coordinate work packages / work items.
- Provide ongoing support to clients who are actively using our products, and work closely with them to resolve any issues or concerns they may have.
- Plan and deliver other miscellaneous work that contributes to improving our products.

**Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- Learn quickly about our products, services, and processes, and be able to communicate confidently and professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Be IT literate and able to work with different software platforms, including project management tools, issue trackers, and collaboration software (training will be provided).
- Familiarity with Scrum methodology is beneficial but not essential.

**Pay and working arrangements**
- Salary will be competitive based on experience ranging from £25,000-£30,000 per annum
- 5% share options with the company after a successful probationary period.
- 25 days holiday plus statutory Bank Holidays
- The principal work location will be Loughborough with flexible working arrangements
