About the role:
We have a superb opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our Process Optimization team within the Product Certification stream.

In this role, you will need to develop a sound understanding of system architecture, that supports our Product Certification operation, which will act as a base to future project works.

With the support and under direction of the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the system and documentation activities which enable our incremental process changes and improvements to be delivered.

As an integral part of our Process Optimization team, you’ll be contributing towards identifying and acting on opportunities to improve internal processes and operations through enhancement changes and agreed projects.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities- To assist with scheduling, delivery and completion of product certification projects and to ensure stakeholders are kept up to date with project progress- Provide insight in monthly triage meetings to prioritise and allocate new requests/projects based on system knowledge- Support the PM in completion of all project documents- Coordinate and manage planning documents as part of project planning phase- Support the PM and Business Analyst in capturing smaller project scope requirements whilst consulting the Project Manager on scope requirements for larger projects- Capturing design aspects of projects as a project team- Creating and maintaining project plans and planning Gantts (MS Projects or equivalent)- Distributing and coordinating work packages and work breakdowns for wider teams- Support the PM in planning and delivery of project meetings across the project lifecycle to enable the delivery of the project to the agreed cost, quality, and timeframe.- Support the PM in delegating project tasks to SMEs and identified project teams, keeping track of task status through project reports.- Work with the Business Analyst and PM to consult with further IT solutions teams in design and execution phases.- Working with Business Analysts to create work instructions for test phases of projects- Support in the development of documentation such as process flows and work instructions when moving projects into BAU

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities- You’ll have a sound understanding of business systems and how they work e.g. Sales Force, SAP etc- Sound administration, data entry and organisation skills, with high attention to detail- Conceptual thinker, able to think outside the box, and challenge others- Experience planning & managing systems and/or process- Extremely well organised with ability to effectively plan personal workload and work within the bounds of both short
- and long-term plans of a changing environment- Customer-centric approach with evidence of a strong customer service ethic or background- Intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge- Confident in building reports and presenting the data- Ability to communicate horizontally and vertically within the organisational structure- Someone with a desire to identify where things can be improved
