Our new strategy has set the vision for what the University wants to achieve. To help achieve these ambitions, a number of strategic change projects have been identified and we are looking to grow our team to help us to deliver them.

This is a new and exciting role that will help to develop the University’s Strategic Project Management Office (PMO) and will provide project support to the Project Managers responsible for delivering the University’s strategic projects within the Change Portfolio. This support will include helping to co-ordinate portfolio/programme/project reports, co-ordinating and supporting programme and project boards, maintaining the portfolio risk register, ensuring that updates about the programme and projects are reported to University committees in a professional and timely way. This role will also help to promote good programme and project management techniques to those from across the University that are working and supporting projects within the Portfolio.

Working in a change environment, the post-holder will be comfortable with working in a flexible way managing their individual workload and contributing as part of the wider team and Directorate helping the University to achieve its strategic goals.
