**Details and Benefits**:
- Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm _(40 hours per week)_
- Up to 25k per annum DOE

**Duties**:
- Logging all jobs and assigning them SLAs
- Coordinating incoming jobs both planned and reactive
- Handling incoming calls and dealing with queries on a case by case basis
- Responding to/validating tickets raised and seeing them through to completion
- Tracking the progress of tickets and queries to ensure they are all handled in a timely manner
- Logging all communications on a bespoke internal database
- Report and escalate any SLA breaches
- Verifying Engineer timesheets
- On boarding new clients and customers onto a small internal database
- Booking installation works in with Site Managers using online scheduling system
- Engagement with project delivery team and subcontractors to ensure timely completing of projects
**Requirements**:
- Must be able to prioritise workload and development of work schedules
- You must be able to manage your time effectively and work to deadlines
- Previous experience operating a technical service desk would be advantageous/
- Must be able to work independently and able to solve problems, as and when required
- Maintaining customer and client working relationships
