We are now looking for a Service Administrator to join our friendly team, responsible for providing support to customers via the telephone and electronically, logging fault jobs and supporting the field service engineers where focusing on the customer is key.
**The Role**
- Answering incoming telephone calls from customers
- Adding customer information to our internal Salesforce system / excel workbooks
- Making outgoing calls to customers to arrange service visits
- Administration of customer paperwork
- Dealing with requests for Service visits
- Producing Calibration Certificates and Service Reports at customer requests
- Scanning, filing and Declarations of Conformity
- Contacting customers following service quotations
- Experience in basic office administration, product training will be provided
- Excellent written skills
- Professional and friendly telephone manner
- General IT competence and experience of Microsoft Office products
- Knowledge of Sales force & Excel systems advantageous
- Strong team player, who can also work on their own initiative
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Good timekeeping with a flexible and positive approach to work
Pay: £22,500.00-£23,500.00 per year
