**Commercial Administrator, Rotherham**

Commercial Administrator required for a Rotherham based business who have been operating since the 1930's. Due to business needs, they are recruiting a suitably experienced Commercial Administrator to join an established team and to work under the Contracts and Commercial Support Team Leader. This Commercial Administrator position is full time, permanent, paying up to £25,000.

The duties of the Commercial Administrator include:

- Providing administrative support to the sales and office function including finance and customer services
- Creating new customer accounts
- Producing sales quotes and customer contracts
- Track sales opportunities on MS Excel and SAP
- Deal with customer queries and requirements
- Ad hoc reporting
- Assist the commercial team with any other projects

The Commercial Administrator is an excellent opportunity for someone with an administration background, who is comfortable using MS Office and who can support various teams within an office environment.

Requirements of the Commercial Administrator:

- A degree would be advantageous but not essential
- Previous experience within a business administration position
- Customer facing / customer service experience advantageous
- Good MS Office skills
- Excellent telephone / communication skills
