**Commercial Administrator and Sales Support - Rotherham United Football Club**
**Job Title**:Commercial Administrator
**Reporting to**:Commercial Manager
**Hours of Work**: Generally **25.75** hours per week over 3 days Monday, Tuesday and Friday, plus all home matchdays (evenings and weekends)
**Location: AESSEAL **New York Stadium - Rotherham

**Role Purpose**:
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a dynamic Commercial Department as part of Rotherham United Football Club.
Our role in commercial administration and sales would suit someone who is confident, self-managing with experience of supporting the sales function with attention to detail and excellence in a customer facing role. This position will play critical role within the commercial operation of the club. Dealing with day-to-day administrative duties and strong sales support contribution.

**Role Essentials**
- Assist in the smooth running of matchdays and club events at the AESSEAL New York Stadium
- Managing spreadsheets and account management of seasonal clients
- Liaising with the clubs catering partner on setting up hospitality suites for matchday
- Distributing marketing materials and liaising with suppliers and proofreading all matchday paraphernalia
- Ordering the required corporate gifts for each matchday and/or club events
- Contributing to identifying and undertaking initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, service delivery and income streams
- Developing and contributing to sales lead generation and the departments financial targets
- Attending internal and external meetings as required and working and supporting other team members as required to ensure effective customer relationships are delivered and always promoting a professional image of the club and themselves
