Verus Recruitment is delighted to be supporting an educational provider who is looking for an Administrator to join their vibrant team. The role requires you to work closely with the student support team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support Additional Learning Support & Student Support Teams on all campuses.
- Provide administrative assistance for college-wide Support functions, including Systems, Financial Claims, and Service Level Agreements.
- Manage administrative tasks for Education Health and Care Plans, collaborating with local authorities.
- Enhance ALS data recording practices for streamlined and accurate data collection.
- Maintain precise and secure learner ALS records as per audit demands (referrals, forms, EHCP/HN documentation).
**Skills required**:
- Level 3 or equivalent Business Administration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work with young people
- Flexible and adaptable
- Good IT skills - word, excel, google and access
- Good organisational skills and time management
