Due to our strategic growth and continued expansion of our businesses, we have a new opportunity for an Finance Administration Support to join us.
You will play a pivotal part within our finance team providing support and insight to the Finance Controller
This is a fast pace position and we are looking for a self-motivated professional who has experience of working within a finance team in a dynamic fast-changing business.
Experience working in Recruitment, Logistics & Distribution would be advantageous.
The postholder will have high attention to detail, excellent communication skills and an interest in building experience across the range of Finance team activities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Working within payroll team.
- Inputting data into an excel spreadsheet
- High volume finance data input.
- This role may suit someone from a Finance background, including Accounts Payable or Payroll.
**Requirements for the job**:
- Excellent attention to detail for Data Entry
- Experience of working within a finance and HR departments
- Practical experience of transaction processing and reconciliations and reporting
- Strong Excel skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of working to deadlines and fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work to tight deadlines
**Job Details**:
- 08.00 - 17.00 or 09:00 - 16:00
- Monday to Friday
- £24,000 Per Annum
