**Compliance Assistant**
**Work Hours**: Full Time - Permanent - 37.5 hrs Per Week
**Salary**: Between £20,444 - £26,000
**Place of Work**: Unit 1, Carolina Court, Doncaster DN4 5RA**.**

**Experience**
Experience in the Insurance Industry or in a Compliance role is desirable.
**Duties include**:
- Keeping up to date with regulatory changes
- Ensuring that the regulatory requirements of all statutory bodies are met.
- Analysis and auditory work
- Conduct, as directed, periodic reviews or audits to ensure that compliance procedures are followed effectively.
- Maintenance of compliance policies and procedures
- Supporting the Compliance Manager in reviewing the adequacy of training and competence levels of all staff and evidence of compliance.
- Supporting the Compliance Manger in evaluation of complaints reporting to ensure this is detailed and compliant
- Assess product, compliance, or operational risks as directed and prepare reports.
- Identify compliance issues that require follow-up or investigation and report these to the Compliance Manager.
