**Overview**:
To provide a professional service and to assist IPM to implement company policies and procedures to an agreed standard and to ensure that company policies and procedures are consistently applied to required standards. The Compliance Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the Compliance Team and Property Management Team within IPM. This position is responsible for assisting in the implementation, monitoring, and enforcement of policies, procedures, and regulations. The Compliance Coordinator works closely with the compliance team to maintain a high standard of regulatory adherence and ethical conduct.

***Job Specification and Key Responsibilities**:

- To assist IPM in maintaining and organising compliance related documentation including policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Supporting the implementation and maintenance of IPM fire safety and compliance standards within the company.
- Assisting the team concerning fire safety regulations and general compliance of IPM’s developments.
- Ensure all relevant documents and software systems are up to date and managed.
- Ensure that company policies and procedures are consistently applied to required standards.
- Ensure compliance with and enforcement of lease terms and statutory requirements.
- Ensure all aspects of fire safety are adhered to.
- Risk Management - to process and manage all risk assessments and implement actions to reduce risk.
- Legislation - to be up to date with all current legislation and implement throughout work schedules.
- Collating all documentation and storing so it’s available for reference from other staff.
- Manage external reporting software systems on all platforms for fire risk assessments, FRAEW and general risk assessments for third party contractors and clients.
- Client liaison working alongside team members on external client reporting.
- Audit and managing on site compliance folders.
- Managing IPM Dwellant system by the onboarding of assets and contracts.
- Assist Senior Management Team with the company compliance reporting.
- Management of compliance service records and compliance checks for IPM’s developments one the Dwellant system and actioning any works required.
- Where required assist with the management of the company’s insurance inbox and relevant insurance documentation that requires instructions.
- Being able to prioritize a busy workload, demonstrate flexibility and attention to detail is vital.
- Excellent I.T. skills will be required to access and process data using Qube and other in-house systems. The post holder will also be dealing with confidential and sensitive information which must always be kept secure.

**Must Have Skills**:

- Experience within an admin and customer service-based role.
- Superstar on Microsoft Software (MS word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional and efficient telephone manner. We are a service industry and therefore high standards of professionalism are required when dealing with clients.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under sustained pressure.
- Must be organised and willing be able to prioritise.
