Job Summary: Financial Services Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Services Coordinator to join our team in Doncaster.

About the Role:

  • Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the Administration and Paraplanning teams, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality results.
  • Support the recruitment and training of staff, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Liaise with advisors throughout the advice process and assist in the production of portfolio reports.
  • Research and complete due diligence on Pensions, Protection, Savings, and Investment products.
  • Assist the compliance officer in maintaining high compliance standards within the financial services department.

About You:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a coordination role within the Financial Services industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £40,000 per annum, plus a bonus at the end of the 1-year fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension or permanent employment. Our company values employee development and offers opportunities for growth and professional advancement.
