Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Role in Financial Services. As a key member of our advisory firm, you will provide exceptional support to senior financial advisors and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist senior financial advisors with client documentation and administrative tasks.
  • Produce high-quality review packs and valuations for annual reviews.
  • Update client records and complete fact finds in Intelligent Office.
  • Upload documents to a digital wealth management platform.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require 1-3 years of experience in the financial services sector, with a strong understanding of investments, pensions, and retirement planning. A Bachelor's-level education in Maths and English is also essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Intelligent Office.
