Financial Administrator

Pratap Partnership Ltd is seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the payroll function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payroll.
In this role, you will maintain financial accuracy, employee satisfaction, and compliance while serving as the key point of contact for all payroll-related matters.
We estimate the salary for this position to be around £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the payroll function, including processing employee salaries, benefits, and taxes.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service to employees and respond to their queries in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in financial administration or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
