We are looking for an experienced and passionate Mental Health Money Advisor to work as part of our Advice, Information & Training Team.

The Chief Executive’s Office co-ordinates the work of the charity to ensure appropriate organisational strategies and plans are both developed and delivered to meet the objectives of Rethink Mental Illness to ensure everyone severely affected by mental illness has a better quality of life. It also ensures that the charity meets all of its legal obligations and that it is both effective and sustainable.

**How you will make a difference**

You will be responsible for:

- Executive Assistant support for the Chief Executives’ Private Office.
- Supporting the Head of the Chief Executives’ Private Office to ensure the smooth-running function of the office.
- Co-ordination and minuting of meetings including cross directorate management meetings.
- Co-ordination and minuting of quarterly Board meetings (MHUK).
- Handling confidential information.
- Building and maintaining good relations with counterparts, key stakeholders and partners.
- Providing hospitality to those visiting the Chief Executives’ Private Office.
- **Appointments will be at the minimum of the band.**:

- **London Allowance is paid for roles that are based within the Greater London area only.**
