Internally this role is know as Patrons Officer.

Your contractual location will be Heelis, our award-winning head office in Swindon, however there will be an opportunity to explore and agree remote working arrangements which strike the right balance for you and the Trust. The role may also involve travelto properties or regional hubs to meet with stakeholders and to carry out work, and some evening and weekend work may be required to attend Patrons events and activities.
What you'll be doing Joining our fantastic High Value team as our Fundraising Officer (Patrons), you’ll play a key role in shaping and developing our new Patrons programme, working with the Patrons Manager to ensure the programme is set up to grow income from supporters whocan give between £1k-£25k per annum. You’ll use your relationship management skills to manage a portfolio of Patrons, and you'll set up and deliver an annual renewal plan to ensure Patrons give year on year.
There is also a strong focus on internal relationship building as you will develop and maintain an internal communications approach to inspire and inform colleagues and volunteers across the organisation about the new Patrons programme. You'll champion delivering1st class experiences to our Patrons at every opportunity, maximising the success of the programme at Trust places and beyond.

- Equivalent practical experience of working in a fundraising team or a high value commercial environment, with an understanding of the principles of major donor & mid-value fundraising
- Experience of successfully managing and developing supporter relationships over time
- An articulate & confident manner, with the proven ability to build rapport quickly with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels
- Highly organised & methodical with meticulous planning & excellent attention to detail
